CA Computer Associates GmbH (CA), a German subsidiary of one of the worldwide leading companies for IT management software, and Wibu-Systems AG, a leading manufacturer of hardware based protection solutions for software, documents, access and media, have been working together as partners since November. The aim is the creation of even more extensive levels of security for companies and users, combined with additional benefits such as password management and user friendliness. Nomination of the CmStick/M for the 2006 Design Award of the Federal Republic of Germany
The German company Wibu-Systems AG has been nominated for the 2006 Design Award of the Federal Republic of Germany with their hardware CmStick/M. This is the only official design award in Germany and the Federal Minister of Economic Affairs offers this reward. In February 2006, twenty Silver Awards and 5 Gold Awards will be handed out for the outstanding products in the areas of product design and communication design in Frankfurt.

Wibu-Systems presents new versions of software protection at LinuxTag 2005
On June 22 the Linux community will meet for four days to share information and ideas at LinuxTag and the corresponding conferences in Germany. The security specialist Wibu-Systems AG are represented at booth B122 this year and will focus on the topics of software protection and license management. The centerpiece of their product range will be the new versions of the software protection solutions WibuKey and CodeMeter. The enhancements made to the Linux versions vastly improve the previous functionalitity providing a platform independent solution that is also available on Windows and Mac OS.
