Microsoft Hotfix for AxProtector for .NET
	If your developer machine is not up-to-date, e.g. installing Microsoft patches by Windows Update, you may need to install the hotfix below. Otherwise the encryption fails and a respective message displays. The hotfix needs to be installed ONLY on the system where the encryption by AxProtector for .NET is executed, usually the developer machine. For more detailed information see the Microsoft knowledge base article KB950986.
