• SIIA CODiE Awards 2009
  
  During the Software Information Industry Association’s (SIIA) prestigious awards ceremony held this evening, Wibu-Systems was awarded the association’s coveted CODiE award for the Best Digital Rights Management System. Wibu-Systems received the award for developing the CodeMeter System, known for securing software, documentation, media and controlling access to internet based applications.

• China´s Most Successful Design Award 2008
  WIBU-SYSTEMS wins prestigious Design Award in China
  
  Shanghai – Since eight years, the famous FORTUNE Magazine awarded China’s Most Successful Design Award to outstanding companies. For the very first time, WIBU-SYSTEMS took part in this award that attracted participation from more than 60 companies with 160+ entries. The company is selected in the in the Winner Selection with its 2 GByte CodeMeter Stick Metal Edition. Being in the selection of the FORTUNE-Magazine continues the design quality: WIBU-SYSTEMS has received the awards “if product design award” and the “Design Prize of the Federal Republic of Germany”.
  
  “I’m very proud that our products combine both for our customers: an extremely secure software protection system and an attractive product honored for its design by such a famous magazine like FORTUNE”, said Mr. Hado Brockmeyer, responsible for the Chinese office of WIBU-SYSTEMS receiving the award.
  
  
• SIIA CODiE Awards 2007
  
  The international jury has once again awarded CodeMeter as one of the top 5 products in the category "Best Digital Rights Management" for the SIIA Codie Awards 2007. In 2005, it was in the top 5. With the placing as "Finalist" in 2007, CodeMeter again has received the important qualification and the chance for being elected as a winner in this category by the members of the association "Software and Information Industry Association" (SIIA, www.siia.net). The best products will be announced during a gala in San Francisco on April 17, 2007. The German WIBU-SYSTEMS AG as manufacturer of CodeMeter will be represented by their American subsidiary WIBU-SYSTEMS USA, Inc.
  
  
• dot.NET magazine readers choose WibuKey for the first place
  
  Again in 2007 the German dot.net magazine organized a Reader´s Choice Award. There, the readers of the dot.net magazine can choose their favourite out of 12 categories and over 100 products.
  In the categorie "Best Tool for Copyprotection / Obfuscation" WibuKey by WIBU-SYSTEMS has been chosen for the first place and has been awarded for the first time.
  
  
• Second time in the fore: CodeMeter by WIBU-SYSTEMS is finalist in SIIA Codie Awards 2006 competition
  
  For the second time WIBU-SYSTEMS AG, a leading manufacturer of hardware based protection solutions for software, documents, access and media, has been nominated as a finalist by the international jury of the SIIA Codie Awards 2006. This is for their CodeMeter product, in the category "Best Security Software". The final round nominations include 5 products from around the world. The members of the "Software and Information Industry Association" (SIIA, www.siia.net) are holding a vote to decide the best products with the winners awarded the "Oscar of Software Industry" at a gala that will be held in San Francisco on May 16, 2006.
  
  
• Nomination of the CmStick/M for the 2006 Design Award of the Federal Republic of Germany
  
  The German company WIBU-SYSTEMS AG has been nominated for the 2006 Design Award of the Federal Republic of Germany with their hardware CmStick/M. This is the only official design award in Germany and the Federal Minister of Economic Affairs offers this reward. In February 2006, twenty Silver Awards and 5 Gold Awards will be handed out for the outstanding products in the areas of product design and communication design in Frankfurt.
  
  
• The CmStick has been awarded as top product of the year 2005
  
  The USB hardware CmStick has been awarded with the first prize "Product of the year 2005" in the rubric "Embedded Design" by the professional German electronic magazine "Elektronik". Nominating a total of 111 products by the editorial department, the readers have chosen the top products in different categories among them. One reason for the award was that software vendors can get a secure protection against piracy and at same time users can gain by the different PC security functions - as mentioned at the award ceremony in Munich, Germany, on March 13.
  
  Oliver Winzenried, C.E.O. of WIBU-SYSTEMS AG, is pleased: "From zero to the top! I'm very happy that the CmStick has showed its position as favorite at the very beginning and that the voters, both software vendors and users, are convinced by the numerous security functions. Very special are the insides of a CmStick: an extra chip-size-package for two chips was developed - pick-a-back a smart card chip and a fast USB 2.0 controller are connected. Only this permits to combine security features with mass storage on smallest size."
  
  
• iF product design award 2005
  
  The USB hardware CmStick/M, developed by WIBU-SYSTEMS, has been awarded with the international design competition "iF product design award" at CeBIT 2005. In 2005, a total of 2,322 participants from 31 countries have applied for the sought-after design prize that will be placed for 542 products this time. The CmStick/M was viewed together with other winners at iF exhibition at the fair ground in Hanover, Germany, from March 10 till September 2005.
  
  
• Finalist in SIIA Codie Awards 2005
  
  In its first entry in the worldwide SIIA Codie Awards 2005 competition, WIBU-SYSTEMS AG has been selected as finalist. This year's competition marks the twentieth anniversary for the Codies and will be hosted by the American "Software and Information Industry Association" (SIIA, www.siia.net) in appreciation of the world's best products and services in the software industry. CodeMeter has been nominated in the category "Best Digital Rights Management Solution: Software". The final round of this category include WIBU-SYSTEMS, the only European and German company, and four American companies.
  
  
• iF Design Award China 2004
  
  At CeBIT asia 2004, the USB memory hardware CmStick has been awarded in the category "Communication". In 2004, WIBU-SYSTEMS is the only German company in this category.
  
  
  
• "China Computer World" 2003
  For 2003 the magazine "China Computer World" awarded a prize to WIBU-SYSTEMS as a proof of the high quality of their software protection solution WibuKey. The reward is given in the category "Best Chosen for the Software Protection System". The award was a result of the staging of two Hacker's Contests in the last two years in China. No hacker succeeded in cracking a sample program.
